Abstract
Lambiella caeca is reported from the southern Appalachian Mountains of eastern North America (Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina) extending its range considerably.The recent report of Lambiella fuscosora from North America is shown to belong to Japewiella dollypartoniana, which is a new record for Canada and Ontario both for the species and the genus.
