В статье автор рассматривает методы мониторинга за исторической плотной застройки, входящих в зону влияния нового строительства. Автор проанализировал опыт строительства в исторических квартала города и методы мониторинга окружающей застройки. Рассматриваемая система мониторинга может применяться при наблюдениях за окружающей плотной городской застройки. In the article, the author considers monitoring methods for historical dense buildings included in the zone of influence of new construction. The author analyzed the construction experience in the historical quarter of the city and the methods of monitoring the surrounding buildings. The monitoring system under consideration can be used for observations of the surrounding dense urban development.
