In B2B connections, the article investigates the application of big data to innovation and market leadership. With the use of current case studies, it offers a framework for analysing the effects of big data. This study offers a framework for analysing the effects of big data in B2B marketing specially for Customer relationship management. The literature study that is now accessible shows how important customer satisfaction is to the global retail sector and how important it is to continuously monitor consumer feedback. Many research has been done on the many strategies for leveraging technology to enhance customer relationship management. Since the idea of combining Big Data and other analytical tools for CRM is still relatively new, not much research has been done on how Big Data Analytics might help modern Indian retail enterprises. The retail industry adds value to its products and services for customers, hence transforming businesses through its global business activities. Through a combination of disposal, significance, availability, and positive experience, it's a method of continuously offering high-quality lifelines. newline, newline Merchandising's purpose is to facilitate the uptake of goods and services.
