Abstract
Dans la littérature, la notion de précarité est maintes fois analysée avec certains lieux communs de notre époque, comme les figures de l’exil et de la pérégrination, nous dit Simon Harel (2007,53). Il ajoute qu’une poétique diffuse de la postmodernité affirme que nos espaces sont éphémères, que nos actions n’ont pas de véritable portée sociale, que le monde des traditions est peu à peu abandonné. Ainsi l’art n’existerait que dans son incomplétude radicale et la négativité serait notre nouvelle appartenance. Cet article analyse l’émergence de la précarité post-moderne dans des romans québécois contemporains qui utilisent des personnages enfants pour signaler les noyaux thématiques de l’incomplétude symbolique de la société québécoise. post-référendaire Les écrivains Sylvain Trudel, Christian Mistral, Marie Gagnon, Henri Lamoureux et Bertrand Gervais réussissent à montrer comment des enfants romanesques évoluent dans une société fragmentée, elle même sans répères, si ce n’est celui de la réussite individuelle basée sur les valeurs de l’argent et du profit.
