Abstract
Images can be powerful tools that can convey information in a variety of ways. This reflective piece frames the experience of working as a Student Casual Assistant in Western University's Interlibrary loan department around the unexpectedly ongoing life of a single photograph which has been used by several people to express the work of an often overlooked library department.
