Abstract
Cet article présente les principaux constats d’une recherche qui interroge les enjeux sous-jacents aux formes d’éducation par la nature et dans la nature, en s’intéressant aux pratiques pédagogiques mises en place et aux motivations d’enseignants et d’éducateurs à l’environnement. À partir d’une règle de vie collective - « je fais attention à moi, aux autres et à la nature » - rencontrée dans différents dispositifs éducatifs (classe dehors, forest school, école alternative en nature), cette recherche interroge les pratiques d’éducation par la nature et dans la nature au prisme des principaux éléments de réflexion apportés par la notion d’écoformation. L’évolution des conceptions de l’éducation et des postures pédagogiques des acteurs est ici questionnée en portant un regard sur la place laissée aux enfants et celle accordée au milieu dans les apprentissages, et sur les formes éducatives étudiées.
