Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pola mobilitas pada kampus Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) dalam rangka mendukung pencapaian sebagai eco campus. Melalui survei primer dengan wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner daring sebanyak 143 responden, data terkait penggunaan moda transportasi, waktu tempuh, dan perilaku berkendara dianalisis. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas warga kampus menggunakan sepeda motor sebagai moda transportasi utama karena kenyamanan dan fleksibilitasnya, salah satunya disebabkan infrastruktur pejalan kaki dan pesepeda masih kurang memadai. Untuk mencapai mobilitas kampus yang berkelanjutan, diperlukan peningkatan fasilitas pendukung bagi moda transportasi aktif dan integrasi yang lebih baik antar moda transportasi di kampus. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan profil eksisting pola mobilitas civitas akademi kampus ITS.
