Abstract
A Educação Básica no Brasil tem passado por mudanças significativas, especialmente após a promulgação da Base Nacional Comum Curricular – BNCC. Tais fatores colocam a formação continuada como uma política educacional essencial para a preparação de equipes gestoras na condução deste processo. Neste contexto, este estudo tem por objetivo analisar as obras do PNLD 2021 – Formação continuada, destinado à equipe gestora com base na BNC-Formação, identificando as competências que os supervisores escolares devem desenvolver. Quanto à metodologia, o estudo é considerado uma pesquisa bibliográfica com um viés qualitativo. Verificou-se que a função do Supervisor Escolar é um dos focos principais das obras em análise, dada sua importância na execução das mudanças curriculares em curso. A partir da análise das obras, observa-se que possuem uma abordagem metodológica significativa para subsidiar o processo formativo da equipe gestora, especialmente, da Supervisão Escolar e o fortalecimento da integração com a comunidade escolar.
