Esta pesquisa investiga o atendimento aos homens autores de violência conforme estabelecido na Lei 11.340/2006, pelos Juizados de Violência Doméstica e Familiar contra a Mulher da Comarca de Natal/RN. O objetivo principal deste estudo foi analisar a realidade, os desafios e as possibilidades que o grupo reflexivo oferece aos seus participantes. O local de pesquisa foi o Grupo Reflexivo Unificado dos Juizados de Violência Doméstica da cidade do Natal, com sede no Fórum Miguel Seabra Fagundes. A coleta de dados ocorreu por meio de uma análise documental de materiais referentes ao período de janeiro de 2023 a maio de 2024, disponibilizados pelos servidores responsáveis pela atuação e estruturação atual do grupo, sem a observância de dados sensíveis. O artigo propõe investigar o impacto do Grupo Reflexivo de Homens nos Juizados de Violência Doméstica e Familiar contra a Mulher da Comarca de Natal/RN, avaliando como esses programas podem melhorar as respostas judicial e social, oferecendo insights para políticas públicas mais eficazes nessa área.
