Abstract
The present chapter introduces readers to SocioDynamic career counselling approach developed originally by Vance Peavy, an eminent Canadian scholar. The SocioDynamic approach has been one of the groundbreaking innovations in the field of career counselling. It is based on social constructivist ideas about career counselling. The core of the SocioDynamic approach is to see citizens&s; career development and their career decisions as a part of their lives as a whole. Life and career are closely linked together, and career counselling should address them simultaneously. The chapter briefly overviews the key concepts as the background for the SocioDynamic approach and presents two examples of its practical counselling tools. As an application of the SocioDynamic approach, Stop and Go peer counselling method, developed by the authors, will be presented.
