Emergência e circulação da fórmula discursiva “Itinerário Formativo” e o projeto neoliberal na reforma do Ensino Médio

Abstract
O presente artigo visa problematizar a relação entre neoliberalismo e educação, tomando como objeto de investigação a emergência e circulação da fórmula discursiva “itinerário formativo” vigente no texto normativo da Reforma do Ensino Médio (Lei n⁰ 13.415/2017). Tendo em vista que as diretrizes neoliberais avançam por todos os setores da sociedade brasileira, importa destacar sua atuação no campo educacional, sobretudo, a partir da disseminação de um discurso ideologicamente comprometido em limitar e determinar o papel da educação a mero treinamento profissionalizante, a fim de universalizar a cultura do empreendedorismo como fator pedagógico decisivo para a formação escolar da juventude empobrecida, conformada ao trabalho precarizado e sem garantia de direitos. Conforme a hipótese interpretativa apresentada neste artigo, tal distorção das relações no mundo do trabalho resultam, justamente, da amplificação do discurso neoliberal de liberdade de escolha e autonomia empreendedora, que, na Reforma do Ensino Médio encontra-se cristalizado na fórmula “itinerário formativo”. Neste sentido, primeiro abordaremos os elementos que caracterizam a subjetividade neoliberal, responsável pela adaptação dos novos sujeitos à realidade de competição nas sociedades contemporâneas. Em seguida, argumentaremos rapidamente sobre a configuração do neoliberalismo como um projeto totalitário e, por fim, analisaremos como a circulação da fórmula “itinerário formativo” corrobora para a fixação dos elementos da subjetividade neoliberal na educação, sobretudo, na etapa do Ensino Médio. Este trabalho utiliza como procedimento metodológico a análise de fórmulas discursivas explicitada em Planque (2010) e o aporte teórico-conceitual de Laval e Dardot (2016) e Laval (2019) sobre os elementos que compõem as atuais sociedades neoliberais.
