railroads-Canadian National Railway (CN) and Canadian Pacific Kansas City (CPKC)-initiated lockouts following a months-long dispute with the Teamsters Canada Rail Conference (TCRC), a union of almost 10,000 Canadian railroad workers.TCRC has also withdrawn its services and gone on strike.
