A incapacidade laboral é caracterizada pela inaptidão para cumprir atribuições inerentes a cargos ou funções previamente delimitadas, decorrente de alterações patológicas. Neste contexto, a reintegração do laborista ao mercado de trabalho demanda uma meticulosa análise de sua condição de saúde, incumbência conferida à perícia médica.
