Abstract
Ante la necesidad de impulsar la inversión en Actopan, Veracruz, la presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal obtener una rentabilidad que impacte positivamente en su economía y apoyar con el plan de acción universal de la agenda 2030, en la ODS no.8; la metodología de análisis que define la investigación combina características de tipo exploratorio y descriptivo, para la recolección de información y para la descripción del mercado meta. Así el presente trabajo consiste en el diseño de una estrategia para la comercialización de malanga frita a Vancouver, Canadá, obtenida mediante el análisis de mercado internacional a través de la revisión y establecimiento de regulaciones arancelarias, restricciones, documentos y trámites de exportación, términos de negociación internacional, contratos y formas de pago aplicables para, finalmente, definir una estrategia de penetración en el mercado de Canadá. El resultado principal de la investigación apuntará a la necesidad de elaborar un plan estratégico y de negocio así debiendo tener claridad del cumplimiento de requisitos normativos de exportación para alcanzar el mercado canadiense. La conclusión general indica que, en la exportación mexicana de mercancías, existen oportunidades para impulsar el comercio exterior aprovechando la certidumbre que ofrece el Tratado entre México, Estados Unidos y Canadá (T-MEC).
