Abstract
L’objectif de cet article est de relater la conception, la mise en oeuvre et l’évaluation d’un dispositif de mise en emploi rapide dans le secteur hospitalier à Liège (Belgique) à destination d’un public issu de l’immigration extra-européenne, faiblement scolarisé et maîtrisant peu la langue française. La recherche-action se base sur l’étude des manquements de l’offre d’insertion en Wallonie à destination des personnes issues des migrations et s’inspire d’exemples européens efficients. La mise en application du projet et l’évaluation de ses résultats conduisent, en conclusion, à des recommandations.
