Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui mengetahui pengaruh konsentrasi dan lama perendaman air accu terhadap respon perkecambahan biji merbau. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2022 sampai Januari 2023 dengan menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap faktorial dengan 2 faktor yaitu konsentrasi larutan dan lama perendaman air accu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Konsentrasi larutan air accu menunjukan pengaruh nyata terhadap parameter persentase perkecambahan, tinggi tanaman, berat basah dan berat kering, namun menunjukan pengaruh tidak nyata pada parameter laju perkecambahan dan jumlah daun. Perlakuan lama perendaman menunjukan pengaruh nyata terhadap parameter jumlah daun dan berat basah, tetapi menunjukan pengaruh tidak nyata pada parameter persentase kecambah, laju perkecambahan, tinggi, dan berat kering. Interaksi perlakuan konsentrasi dan lama perendaman berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap perkecambahan biji merbau.
