Abstract
Kota Lubuklinggau merupakan salah satu kota setingkat kabupaten yang letaknya paling barat dari wilayah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dan merupakan wilayah pemekaran dari Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Secara geografi, Kota Lubuklinggau memiliki posisi strategis pada jalur transportasi lintas Sumatera. Dengan Luas Wilayah 36.773 Ha serta populasi penduduk sebanyak 240.243 Jiwa dan tingkat kepadatan 598 Jiwa/Km2. Luas Kawasan Kumuh Kota Lubuklinggau Sesuai dengan Surat Keputusan Walikota No 190/KPTS/BAPPEDALIBANG/2019 Tentang Penetapan Lokasi Kawasan Permukiman Kumuh Kota Lubuklinggau adalah sebesar 517,66 Ha, dengan adanya Dokumen Rencana Pencegahan dan Peningkatan Kualitas Perumahan Kumuh dan Permukiman Kumuh (RP2KPKPK) diharapkan dapat terciptanya keterpaduan program dan pembiayaan berbagai pemangku kepentingan sesuai dengan kewenangannya. Selanjutnya Rencana Pencegahan dan Peningkatan Kualitas Perumahan Kumuh dan Permukiman Kumuh (RP2KPKPK) sebagai acuan dalam pencapaian penanganan permukiman yang bebas kumuh.
