Abstract

Стаття присвячена детальному теоретичному дослідженню основ розвитку емоційного інтелекту у дорослих. Основна увага зосереджена на ключовій ролі емоційного інтелекту у психологічному та соціальному функціонуванні дорослих осіб. Дослідження розкриває його вплив на різноманітні аспекти якості життя особистості. Заглиблюючись у структуру емоційного інтелекту, проведений аналіз ретельно розглядає ключові компоненти, такі як відчуття емоцій, вмілі стратегії саморегуляції, емпатійне розуміння та культивування співчуття. Детально проаналізовано різноманітні чинники, що впливають на розвиток емоційного інтелекту у дорослому віці, включаючи взаємодію соціального середовища, сімейного виховання, індивідуальних особливостей особистості та кумулятивного впливу життєвого досвіду. Автори надають всебічний огляд теоретичних підходів, які висвітлюють природу та значення емоційного інтелекту, акцентуючи його ключову роль у активізації потенціалу адаптивного функціонування й самореалізації дорослих у складних ситуаціях професійної, соціальної та буденної життєдіяльності. Висновки статті можуть бути корисними для дослідників, практикуючих психологів та спеціалістів різних профілів, хто цікавиться питаннями психології, емоційного інтелекту, факторів впливу на його розвиток у людей дорослого віку. Запропоновано цінні уявлення про тонкощі психології розвитку дорослих та фактори, які сприяюють їх емоційному благополуччю. У цілому, дане дослідження, не лише доповнює загальноприйняте розуміння емоційного інтелекту у дорослому віці, але й підкреслює його ключову роль у формуванні індивідуального благополуччя та соціальної динаміки особистості дорослого віку. Шляхом подальшого дослідження та застосування цих уявлень у практичній діяльності спеціалістів психологічного та соціального напрямів, стає можливим створення середовища, що буде сприяти розвитку емоційного інтелекту, посилювати стійкість особистості, підтримувати належний рівень емпатійного реагування та задоволення у осіб дорослого віку.
