II est bien documenté que les croyances que l'on a des mathématiques influencent l'enseignement et l'apprentissage de cette matière. Cet article est une réflexion, suscitée par la question d'une étudiante «Mais, quelle est la bonne méthode?» sur Jes croyances mathématiques des étudiants dans un cours de didactique au primaire. Les résultats indiquent qu'il est important d'aborder ces croyances et d'eéaborer des situations pédagogiques de réflexion dans la formation des maitres au primaire.
