The correct footnote should be, "Only participants with ≤ 1 missing or * additional answer category (ie, "does not currently apply to me") per domain are included for the sum score of the corresponding scale." We apologize for this error. This correction applies only to the August 15 2024 First Release. The correct table appears in the print and online issues.
