Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis Efektivitas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Dalam Pengelolaan Program Pengembangan Kecamatan (PPK) Di Kecamatan Siantar Sitalasari Kota Pematangsiantar. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Masyarakat Kecamatan Sianatar Sitalasari sebanyak 54 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi ganda, pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa hasil koefisen determinasi dukungan lingkungan sebesar 0,153 atau 51,3 hasil koefisen determinasi swadaya masyarakat sebesar 0,328 atau 32,8. Hasil koefisen determinasi dukungan lingkungan dan Swadaya masyarakat Terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat di kecamatan Siantar Sitalasari Kota Pematangsiantar sebesar 0,392 atau 39,2 %. Sedangkan sisa 60,8%, yang tidak masuk kedalam penelitian ini. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa dukungan lingkungan dan Swadaya masyarakat Terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat kecamatan siantar Sitalasari Kota Pematangsiantar. Penelitian ini memberikan sumbangan pemikiran dan saran kepada aparatur Kecamatan Siantar Sitalasari. Meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat membutuhkan dukungan partisipasi penuh dari seluruh masyarakat
