Abstract
Prestasi kerja adalah hasil kerja secara kualitas dan kuantitas yang dicapai seseorang dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, sesuai dengan tanggung jawab yang diberikan kepadanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh kepuasan kerja, iklim organisasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai dinas pendidikan kabupaten Toba Samosir baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sifat penelitian adalah explanatory research yang menjelaskan kedudukan variabel-variabel yang diteliti serta hubungan antara satu variabel dengan varabel lainnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai dinas pendidikan kabupaten Toba Samosir yang berjumlah 53 orang, dan seluruh populasi tersebut dijadikan jadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, daftar pertanyaan dan studi dokumentasi dan variabel - variabel yang diteliti menggunakan skala likert. Daftar pertanyaan terlebih dahulu diuji dengan menggunakan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20.0, dan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis dengan regresi linear berganda. Hasil pengujian dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Kepuasan Kerja, Iklim Organisasi dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai dinas pendidikan kabupaten Toba Samosir. Secara parsial variabel kepuasan kerja dan kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai dinas pendidikan kabupaten Toba Samosir, sementara iklim organisasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai dinas pendidikan kabupaten Toba Samosir.
