Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh pelatihan, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik pada Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset kabupaten Simalungun. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sedangkan teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah: (1) observasi, (2) wawancara, (3) quesioner/angket dan (4) dokumentasi. Selanjutnya teknik analisis data yang dilakukan adalah analisis kuantitatif. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan beberapa hal yaitu: secara serempak pelatihan, budaya organisasi, dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik pada Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset kabupaten Simalungun,secara parsial pelatihan dan kepuasan kerja sama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik pada Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset kabupaten Simalungun, sementara budaya organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas pelayanan publik pada Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset kabupaten Simalungun
