Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan, pelatihan, dan budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen organisasi anggota perserikatan muhammadiah Tebing Tinggi baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian berupa deskriptif kuantitatif, penelitian deskriptif merupakan metode dalam meneliti status kelompok manusia, suatu objek, suatu set kondisi, suatu sistem pemikiran, ataupun suatu kelas peristiwa pada masa sekarang yang bertujuan untuk membuat deskripsi, gambaran, atau lukisan secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat mengenai fakta - fakta, sifat - sifat serta hubungan antar fenomena yang diselidiki. Penelitian kuantitatif mengambil jarak antara peneliti dengan objek yang diteliti penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan instrumen – instrumen formal, standar dan bersifat mengukur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota perserikatan muhammadiah Tebing Tinggi dan jumlah sampel ditentukan sebanyak 125 orang yaitu jumlah indikator x 5. Data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara, daftar pertanyaan dan studi dokumentasi dan variabel - variabel yang diteliti menggunakan skala likert. Daftar pertanyaan terlebih dahulu diuji dengan menggunakan pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas, pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20.0, dan dianalisis dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkanbeberapa hal yaitu: secara serempak kepemimpinan, pelatihan dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi anggota perserikatan muhammadiah Tebing Tinggi,secara parsial kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi sama - sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi anggota perserikatan muhammadiah Tebing Tinggi, sementara pelatihan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi anggota perserikatan muhammadiah Tebing Tinggi
