Abstract
Résumé Cet article constitue une réflexion sur les difficultés rencontrées par les enseignants alors qu’ils vivent la contrainte professionnelle de devoir conformer leur pratique aux exigences d’un nouveau programme de formation. Cette réflexion se base sur les résultats d’une recherche menée au Québec en 2004 et publiée en 2007, sur notre expérience en formation des maîtres à l’UQAM ainsi que sur notre expertise en didactique des sciences. Pour conclure, l’article s’interroge sur les correspondances frappantes qui existent entre les processus de changement conceptuel et les difficultés vécues par les enseignants en contexte de réforme. Des suggestions émergent de cette mise en correspondance.
