Abstract
Les problèmes liés à l’accès au crédit sont au cœur des débats dans le monde en général et en Afrique en particulier. Ainsi, cet article a pour objectif d’analyser les effets de l’accès au financement sur la performance des petites et moyennes entreprises (PME) féminines en République du Congo. Pour y parvenir, nous avons utilisé les données primaires de 11 105 entreprises, issues du Recensement des très petites, petites, moyennes entreprises et des artisans (RTPMEA) réalisé par l’Institut national de la statistique (INS, 2017) de la République du Congo en 2017. À cet effet, les estimations sont basées sur la méthode des doubles moindres carrés des variables instrumentales. Les résultats obtenus montrent que l’accès au financement est un facteur favorable pour la performance des entreprises féminines au Congo et donne lieu à des recommandations de politique économique d’inclusion, de formation et d’incitation.
