Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This article focuses on the optimization of production areas in an agro-export grape company through the application of various management techniques and practical improvements. For this, a mixed methodology was used, which includes the analysis of quantitative and qualitative data, such as process flowcharts, diagrams, and records.Among the improvements implemented, the redesign of the conveyor belt was included, which reduced ergonomic injuries and work absences, with average adjustments between 92.82 and 105.6 m.In addition, the 5S methodology was implemented, which increased management by 89.1%.Concrete changes were made, such as the automation of pallet labelling and the relocation of staff, which allowed increasing productivity and recovering the investment in 5.2 months. As a result, productivity improved by 18.57% in women and 23.86% in men, and efficiency increased by 95.9%.

Fetched live from OpenAlex and de-inverted. Abstracts are not stored in this database: the inverted indexes are 8.6 GB of the frame’s 9.3 GB of text, and the host has 13 GB free.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
