Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

This work explores how the Integrated School Management program (GIDE) and the Minas Gerais Public Education Evaluation and Equity System (SIMAVE) highlight mechanisms of business reform in education, such as standardization, emphasis on results through evaluation and managerialism in public education in Minas Gerais, especially in the 1st administration (2019-2022) of the Novo Party. To this end, a qualitative, bibliographic and documentary research was carried out. The main bibliographic sources used include theoretical contributions from Freitas (2018), Ball (2005), Laval (2004) and Gentili (1998). Official documents released by the government about SIMAVE and GIDE were analyzed. Within the limits of the work, it is possible to identify that the government, under the speech of results management, has implemented educational policies based on public-private partnership, managerial logic and strengthened SIMAVE to meet the political and economic demands of educational quality.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
