Abstract
Ce numéro spécial propose un regard empirique et contextualisé sur les réceptions du genre, en tant qu’enjeu transnational, norme globale et catégorie d’action, par les acteurs et actrices du multilatéralisme sur la paix et la sécurité internationales. Les quatre articles rassemblés dans le numéro invitent à croiser la sociologie des relations internationales, la théorie des narratifs stratégiques, les études féministes et la sociologie des mobilisations. Ils ont en commun un fort ancrage empirique – s’appuyant sur l’importante littérature grise des organisations internationales et sur des enquêtes de terrain –, leur goût pour le dialogue entre différentes littératures et l’emploi de méthodes variées empruntées à l’ethnographie, la sociologie et les analyses de discours. Ce numéro thématique espère ainsi saisir au concret et en contexte l’émergence (I), la négociation (II) et la mise en oeuvre (III) du genre dans le domaine de la paix et la sécurité internationales.
