Abstract
Свобода совести есть важнейший элемент и условие свободы человека от любой формы угнетения. Становление правового государства в России, решение многих региональных и национальных проблем, в которых значительную роль играет религия, делают эту проблему крайне актуальной для России. Поэтому появление каждой новой книги, посвященной анализу вопросов свободы совести, представляется важным и своевременным. Freedom of conscience is the most important element and condition of human freedom from any form of oppression. The formation of a legal state in Russia, the solution of many regional and national problems, in which religion plays a significant role, make this problem extremely relevant for Russia. Therefore, the appearance of each new book devoted to the analysis of issues of freedom of conscience seems important and timely.
