Bienestar laboral como variable protectora de los equipos profesionales: una revisión sistemática

Abstract

El bienestar laboral abordado como variable protectora de equipos de trabajo es un fenómeno relevante para estudiar dado su repercusión en la calidad de vida de los colaboradores dentro del funcionamiento de las organizaciones. El objetivo de la presente revisión fue determinar la prevalencia del bienestar laboral como variable protectora de los equipos profesionales y como objetivo secundario establecer los factores protectores. Lo anterior se realizó a través de la búsqueda basada apoyada en la metodología PRISMA en bases de datos científicos, entre marzo de 2005 a enero de 2022. Además, se evaluó la calidad de los artículos a través de la escala Newcastle-Ottawa. Con respecto a los resultados, se lograron identificar 11 estudios relevantes para ser analizados, 9 acerca del bienestar laboral, 1 de modelos de bienestar y 1 acerca de factores psicosociales de riesgo asociados al bienestar laboral. Al finalizar se logró concluir que el promedio de prevalencia del bienestar como factor protector fue de 59,8% para la población de equipos profesionales. Asimismo, entre los factores asociados a la eficacia y eficiencia de equipos profesionales se encuentran: apoyo percibido, reconocimiento, confianza, compromiso, respeto, utilidad, satisfacción, perdón, autoeficacia, recursos monetarios, significado e inspiración, bajos niveles de estrés, afecto positivo, desconexión mental del trabajo, deporte, justicia interpersonal, seguridad, recreación, disposición al trabajo, transparencia, realización en el trabajo, oportunidades de desarrollo y comunicación. Por otro lado, algunos factores de riesgo asociados al desmedro del bienestar laboral se relacionan con: género, edad, tipo de cargo dentro de la organización y nivel de estudios.
