Abstract
La hermenéutica juega un papel crucial en la arquitectura, enfatizando la interpretación y el significado más allá de la construcción física. La arquitectura no es solo una respuesta a necesidades prácticas, sino una expresión de la condición humana, abordando temas de mortalidad y trascendencia. El “universo discursivo” de la arquitectura contribuye a nuestra comprensión de nosotros mismos y a nuestra salud psicosomática, ofreciendo un espacio comunicativo que nos permite reconocernos como seres completos. Históricamente, la teoría arquitectónica ha evolucionado desde un enfoque en la ciencia aplicada hacia un reconocimiento de la importancia de los valores éticos y culturales. La tendencia moderna hacia la eficiencia tecnológica y el hedonismo ha llevado a entornos urbanos que a menudo ignoran estos valores, resultando en espacios alienantes.
