Abstract
Cet article propose une relecture de l’oeuvre d’Emma Santos (autrice française de la seconde moitié du XXe siècle) sous l’angle anthropophagique, en explorant plusieurs aspects de la dévoration : la dévoration infanticide, celle amoureuse et celle de l’entre-soi. En mobilisant dessins, textes et définitions anthropologique et psychanalytique du cannibalisme, je cherche à saisir le caractère protéiforme de la dévoration afin de mieux saisir la poïétique santosienne au coeur de son autodestruction, avant d’engager un tournant vers une définition plus littéraire et centrée sur la dévoration langagière. Dans ce travail, j’aborde donc la question de l’entremêlement de la chair et des mots en suggérant l’idée d’un cannibalisme littéraire emblématique chez Santos. L’approche retenue pour une telle réflexion se veut centrée sur la création, l’écriture, le langage et la corporéité.
