Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Each individual will be faced with personal questions such as jobs, salaries, positions and so on. Situations like these can affect individuals. Comparing other people's achievements, worrying about the future and feeling worried. If this happens at the age of 20-30 years it is called a quarter life crisis. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and social support with quarter life crisis among employees at PT.X. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 277 employees using simple random sampling techniques so that this study involved 164 employees aged 20-30 years. Data collection uses 3 scales, namely the self-efficacy scale, social support scale and quarter life crisis scale. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 16.0 for windows with multiple regression analysis techniques. The results of the analysis show that the value of self-efficacy has a negative correlation of -0.668 with sig. 0.000 (<0.05) and the value of social support has a negative correlation of -0.469 with sig. 0.000 (<0.05). This shows that the higher the value of self-efficacy and social support, the lower the value of quarter life crisis, and vice versa.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
