Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract. The Expansion of South Buton Regency from Buton Regency in 2014 faced significant challenges, including in 2017-2020, its economic growth continued to decline, per capita income, lower than the provincial average. In addition, until now, there has been no research that specifically discusses the impact of the expansion of South Buton Regency. This study aims to identify the impact of the expansion of South Buton Regency on the development of economic sectors and the pattern of economic growth structure. The methodology in this study uses a descriptive and comparative model with a Quantitative approach, namely through secondary data analysis which is time series for 10 years, and is divided into two periods, namely 2014 - 2018 and 2019 -2023 with the analysis used in this study, namely Entropy Diversity Index (IDE) analysis, Klassen Typology analysis. The results show the positive impact of expansion on the economic sector in South Buton Regency, with a higher IDE (0.67 and 0.66) than Buton Regency (0.65 and 0.64). However, the impact on the pattern and structure of the economy has not been better, with South Buton still categorised as a "relatively underdeveloped region" from 2018-2023 Abstrak.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
