Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract. The rapid development of the Bandung City area as the center of the Bandung Metropolitan Area has led to the expansion of the urban area into the outskirts. The peri-urban areas affected by the development of Bandung City include Dayeuhkolot District, Bojongsoang District, Baleendah District, Pameungpeuk District, Banjaran District, and Arjasari District, which are located in the southern part of Bandung City. Development must be aimed at achieving growth, equity, and sustainability. As a result, this rapid development can have both positive and negative impacts on spatial planning. This study aims to map the development of the peri-urban areas in the southern part of Bandung City, specifically in the Bandung-Banjaran Corridor. The analytical method used in this study is spatial analysis, including built-up area analysis and overlay. Based on the study results, the zoning development of the peri-urban area in Dayeuhkolot District falls into the zobikot category, while Banjaran District, Pameungpeuk District, Baleendah District, and Bojongsoang District fall into the zobidekot category. The influence of this development has led to spatial deviations that occurred in 2023, with identified deviations in built-up land covering an area of 958.14 hectares (4.86%).

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
