Abstract. The development of tourism in Indonesia continues to increase. The existence of various potentials owned by each region is the main capital in the development of the tourism sector, one of which supports the creation of a tourist village. Tanjungsari Village has the opportunity to improve the economy and quality of life of its people through the development of the tourism sector. However, lack of maintenance, lack of government support, and lack of community involvement have caused damage to existing tourist attraction facilities. Developing a tourism village requires a development strategy in utilising tourism potential as the main component in a tourism village. This research aims to develop a strategy for better management in the future in utilising the potential of Tanjungsari Village. This research approach uses a mixed methods approach with supply-demand and SWOT analyses. The data used are primary and secondary data obtained through interviews, questionnaires, observations, and related literature studies. The results showed that it can create various development strategies as a plan in an effort to realise and market Tanjungsari Village in order to achieve the goal of improving quality in the economic sector, tourism, and also for the welfare of the surrounding community. Tourists who come are in the age range of 15 to 50 years. The community is very supportive of the existence of tourist attractions and has participated in tourism management. Based on the carrying capacity of the tourist attraction area in Tanjungsari Village, it can accommodate tourists as many as 50 people / day to 100 people / day. Abstrak. Perkembangan pariwisata di Indonesia terus meningkat. Adanya berbagai potensi yang dimiliki tiap daerah menjadi modal utama dalam pengembangan sektor pariwisata, salah satunya mendukung terciptanya suatu desa wisata. Desa Tanjungsari memiliki peluang untuk meningkatkan perekonomian dan kualitas hidup masyarakatnya melalui pengembangan sektor pariwisata. Namun, kurangnya pemeliharaan, kurangnya dukungan pemerintah, dan minimnya keterlibatan masyarakat telah menyebabkan kerusakan fasilitas objek wisata yang sudah ada. Mengembangkan suatu desa wisata perlu adanya strategi pengembangan dalam memanfaatkan potensi wisata sebagai komponen utama yang ada dalam suatu desa wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengembangkan strategi dalam melakukan pengelolaan yang lebih baik untuk kedepannya dalam memanfaatkan potensi Desa Tanjungsari. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan mix methods dengan analisis supply-demand dan SWOT. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dan studi litelatur yang berkaitan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dapat menciptakan berbagai strategi pengembangan sebagai rencana dalam upaya merealisasikan serta memasarkan Desa Tanjungsari agar dapat mencapai tujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas di sektor perekonomian, pariwisata, dan juga bagi kesejahteraan masyarakat sekitar. Wisatawan yang datang berada pada rentang usia 15 sampai 50 tahun. Masyarakat sangat mendukung keberadaan tempat wisata dan sudah berpartisipasi dalam pengelolaan wisata. Berdasarkan daya dukung kawasan objek wisata di Desa Tanjungsari dapat menampung wisatawan sebanyak 50 orang/hari sampai 100 orang/hari.
