Abstract. As the population grows, the need for infrastructure, including clean water infrastructure, will also increase. This is similarly true for Soreang District. Soreang District, designated as the county’s administrative center, as well as a hub for trade, services, and residential areas, implies a rising demand for clean water to meet the needs of its population. Currently, the clean water needs in Soreang District are met through piped networks and groundwater (wells). The condition of groundwater (wells) in some locations within Soreang District is poor, thus a piped network system is required to provide clean water to the community. The objective of this study is to identify the development plan for piped clean water services in support of the district's growth as an administrative center. Supply-demand analysis shows that the current piped network service coverage does not yet extend throughout the entire district, covering only 28% of the total area. The available clean water supply is 150 liters/second, with 70 liters/second currently in use. Based on the development plan with a projected population of 140,689 people by 2042, a clean water supply of 152.6 liters/second will be required. This indicates that the current water supply is still sufficient for the development of the piped network. Therefore, to support Soreang District, it is necessary to expand the piped network throughout the entire district to ensure that all areas are served by the clean water piped network. Abstrak. Seiring dengan pertumbuhan penduduk maka akan meningkatkan kebutuhan infrastruktur, termasuk infrastruktur air bersih, demikian juga halnya yang terjadi di Kecamatan Soreang. Kecamatan Soreang yang ditetapkan fungsinya sebagai pusat pemerintahan kabupaten, pusat kegiatan perdagangan, jasa, dan permukiman. Hal ini memberikan implikasi terhadap peningkatan kebutuhan akan air bersih untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup masyarakat. Pada saat ini kebutuhan air bersih di Kecamatan Soreang dilakukan melalui sambungan jaringan perpipaan dan air tanah (sumur). Kondisi air tanah (sumur) di beberapa lokasi di Kecamatan Soreang kurang baik, diperlukan sistem jaringan perpipaan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan air bersih masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi rencana pengembangan pelayanan air bersih perpipaan dalam mendukung pengembangan kecamatan sebagai pusat pemerintahan kabupaten. Dengan menggunakan analisis supply-demand diperoleh hasil bahwa kondisi pelayanan jaringan perpipaan pada saat ini belum memenuhi ke seluruh wilayah kecamatan, baru terlayani 28% dari total wilayah. Debit air bersih yang tersedia adalah 150 liter/detik, dan debit yang baru terpakai 70 liter/detik. Dari rencana pengembangan kawasan dengan proyeksi jumlah penduduk sebesar 140.689 jiwa pada tahun 2042, membutuhkan air bersih sebesar 152,6 liter/detik. Hal ini menunjukkan supply air masih memenuhi untuk pengembangan jaringan perpipaan. Maka dari itu yang diperlukan untuk mendukung Kecamatan Soreang adalah pengembangan jaringan perpipaan ke seluruh wilayah kecamatan, agar semua wilayah dapat terlayani jaringan perpipaan air bersih.
