Abstract. Green open space has an important role in shaping the quality of sustainable urban life and ensuring the welfare of urban communities. However, currently Regional Governments face obstacles in managing Public Green Open Spaces in cities or urban areas. The Sumedang Urban Area is one of the urban areas that is currently developing. This growth is often accompanied by increased urbanization and infrastructure development. Public Green Open Space in the Sumedang Urban Area is currently still not optimal. Therefore, the author identifies existing public green open space management problems and formulates strategies that can be implemented. The aim of this research is to formulate a management strategy for Public Green Open Space in the Sumedang Urban Area so that it can be optimal. The method in this research uses Delphi analysis and SWOT analysis. Based on the Delphi analysis carried out, there are three aspects that are the main problems in the management of Public Green Open Spaces in the Sumedang Urban Area, namely, the provision of facilities and infrastructure in Public Green Open Spaces is still not available properly. The SWOT quadrant in the research is in quadrant I which indicates an aggressive growth strategy. In an effort to improve the management of Public Green Open Space in the Sumedang Urban Area, there are strategies that can be implemented, namely by planning & developing Public Green Open Space, improving Public Green Open Space facilities and infrastructure as well as community participation in managing Public Green Open Space. Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
