Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

Abstract. The Manis City Park area in Pangkalan Bun City is the only urban recreational facility located in the city center and serves the community on a city scale. However, the facilities in this area face several challenges, including issues of comfort, safety, accessibility and meaningfulness, which can affect people's interest in visiting. This study aims to assess the level of public satisfaction with the performance of Taman Kota Manis as an urban recreational facility. Primary data was collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 park visitors, and analysis was carried out using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods. The results of the IPA analysis show that there are four main attributes that require immediate attention, namely supporting facilities, the functioning of CCTV, lighting, and paths and facilities for disabilities. Other attributes, such as the placement of trash can facilities, the availability of security officers, and parking lots, are included in the "Maintain Achievement" category. Meanwhile, the results of the CSI analysis show that overall, the level of visitor satisfaction with the Manis City Park Area is 59.87%, which falls into the "Neutral" category. This study provides recommendations to park managers to improve facilities that are considered important by visitors, so as to increase community satisfaction and make the Manis City Park Area a more optimal recreational facility in the future.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
