Abstract. Tourism in Bandung Regency continues to develop and improve. The various potentials of each region serve as the main asset in developing the tourism sector, one of which is supporting the creation of tourist villages. Cibiru Wetan Village has the potential to increase the income of its residents as well as preserve local customs through tourism development. However, the lack of information on sustainable tourism has resulted in poverty and reduced community welfare. Understanding sustainable tourism requires an analysis of economic and socio-cultural aspects. This research aims to analyze the factors of sustainable tourism to help Cibiru Wetan Village become a more sustainable tourist destination and better utilize its potential. This study employs a mixed-methods approach with an analysis of sustainable tourism. Data used includes primary and secondary data obtained through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The results indicate that the implementation of sustainable tourism in Cibiru Wetan Village can significantly enhance the local community's income. The strong presence of local arts and customs in Cibiru Wetan Village also plays a crucial role in enriching tourism attractions, attracting tourists to visit and experience the uniqueness of the local culture. Abstrak. Pariwisata di Kabupaten Bandung terus berkembang dan meningkat. Adanya berbagai potensi yang dimiliki tiap daerah menjadi modal utama dalam pengembangan sektor pariwisata, salah satunya mendukung terciptanya suatu desa wisata. Desa Cibiru Wetan punya peluang terhadap peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat maupun adat-istiadat masyarakatnya lewat pengembangan sektor pariwisata. Tetapi, minimnya informasi terkait pariwisata berkelanjutan mengakibatkan tingkat kemiskinan melalui kesejahteraan masyarakat. Mengetahui cara pariwisata berkelanjutan perlu adanya analisis yang dilakukan terhadap aspek ekonomi dan sosial-budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis faktor pariwisata berkelanjutan agar kedepannya menjadi Desa Wisata yang Sustainable dan lebih baik dalam memanfaatkan potensi Desa Cibiru Wetan. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan mix methods dengan analisis pariwisata berkelanjutan. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi litelatur yang berkaitan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Desa Cibiru Wetan secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat setempat. Keberadaan kesenian dan adat istiadat yang kental di Desa Cibiru Wetan juga memainkan peran penting dalam memperkaya atraksi wisata, menarik minat wisatawan untuk mengunjungi dan mengalami keunikan budaya lokal.
