Abstract. Lengkong Village is one of the villages located in Bojongsoang District which is directly adjacent to Bandung City. This village is a peri-urban area of Bandung City, so its growth is rapid. As a peri-urban area, Lengkong Village which consists of 16 RW has characteristics of a village and a city. One of them is RW 04 which is the Podomoro Park housing complex which has characteristics and RW 02 which is a densely populated settlement that tends to be slum. As a neighboring RW, as a developer, Podomoro must carry out CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) as a form of Podomoro's concern for the surrounding environment which can be in the form of donations and social assistance, such as disaster relief or public health programs and infrastructure development. The condition of RW 02 which is located opposite RW 04 can submit a proposal to Podomoro for the construction of open space facilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the priority PSU as CSR RW 04 towards RW 02. The research method used is a descriptive mix method. The output of this study is a proposal for submitting an open space development as a form of CSR RW 04 towards RW 02. Abstrak. Desa Lengkong merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Bojongsoang yang lokasinya berbatasan langsung dengan Kota Bandung. Desa ini merupakan daerah peri-urban Kota Bandung, sehingga pertumbuhannya cepat. Sebagai daerah peri-urban, Desa Lengkong yang terdiri dari 16 RW memiliki karakteristik desa dan kota. Salah satunya RW 04 merupakan perumahan Podomoro Park yang memiliki karakteristik dan RW 02 yang merupakan permukiman padat penduduk yang cenderung kumuh. Sebagai RW yang berdekatan, sebagai pihak pengembang podomoro harus melakukan CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) sebagai bentuk kepedulian podomoro terhadap lingkungan sekitarnya dapat berupa donasi dan bantuan sosial, seperti bantuan bencana atau program kesehatan masyarakat serta pembangunan infrastruktur. Kondisi RW 02 yang terletak bersebrangan dengan RW 04 dapat mengajukan proposal kepada podomoro untuk pembangunan fasilitas ruang terbuka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui PSU prioritas sebagai CSR RW 04 terhadap RW 02. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mix methode deskriptif. Output penelitian ini adalah proposal pengajuan pembangunan ruang terbuka sebagai bentuk CSR RW 04 terhadap RW 02.
