Abstract. The Sofifi Speed Boat Crossing Port is one of the vital points in the sea transportation network in the North Maluku region. This port has a strategic position as a link between the islands of Tidore and Ternate in serving passengers . This port has several facilities that do not meet standards and there is no development plan document that is a reference for port construction and operations, so the problems in this study are formulated as follows: the infrastructure of the Sofifi Speed Boat Crossing Port has infrastructure facilities that do not meet the minimum service standards of the port, to support the increase in the number of passengers and Sofifi City as the capital of the Province North Maluku. The researcher uses the mix method, method by using an empirical approach. The data collection techniques used in this study are questionnaires, interviews, observations, and literature studies. The data analysis method used in this study is space needs analysis. The results of this study are: Sofifi Speed Boat Crossing Port needs to be expanded by 13,036 m², with a land side of 11,921 m² and a sea side of 3,180 m². In revitalization planning, it is recommended to separate the departure and arrival areas and all facilities are placed strategically and coordinated so that they can maximize services Abstrak. Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Speed Boat Sofifi merupakan salah satu satu titik vital dalam jaringan transportasi laut di wilayah Maluku Utara. Pelabuhan ini memiliki posisi yang strategis sebagai penghubung pulau Tidore dan Ternate dalam melayani penyeberangan penumpang. Pelabuhan ini memiliki beberapa fasilitas yang kurang memenuhi standar serta belum tersedianya dokumen rencana pembangunan yang menjadi acuan untuk pembangunan dan operasional pelabuhan, maka permasalahan dalam penelitian ini dirumuskan sebagai berikut: infrastruktur Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Speed Boat Sofifi memiliki sarana prasarana yang kurang memenuhi standar pelayanan minimal pelabuhan, untuk mendukung pertambahan jumlah penumpang dan Kota Sofifi sebagai ibu kota Provinsi Maluku Utara. Peneliti menggunakan metode mix method dengan menggunakan pendekatan secara empiris. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Adapun metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kebutuhan ruang. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah: Pelabuhan Penyeberangan Speed Boat Sofifi perlu untuk diperluas wilayahnya sebesar 13,036 m², dengan sisi darat sebesar 11,921 m² dan sisi laut sebesar 3,180 m². Dalam perencanaan revitalisasi disarankan untuk memisahkan kawasan keberangkatan dan kedatangan serta seluruh fasilitas ditempatkan secara strategis dan terkoordinasi sehingga dapat memaksimalkan pelayanan
