Abstract
Jusqu’à tout récemment, le sport semblait peu concerné par les services de télévision non linéaire, entre autres en raison du pouvoir de marché considérable que détiennent les entreprises de télévision sportive traditionnelle. Cela serait toutefois en train de changer, notamment sous l’impulsion d’une plateforme numérique internationale entièrement dédiée au sport, DAZN. Cet article s’intéresse à cette plateforme à partir d’une approche relevant à la fois de l’économie politique de la communication, de manière à analyser les stratégies de l’entreprise, et de la sociosémiotique, afin d’analyser la plateforme elle-même, comme concrétisation de ces stratégies. Entre reproduction et innovation, DAZN marque une nouvelle étape dans les relations entre les organisations sportives et les médias.
