Abstract
Le sentiment d’efficacité personnelle et le stress déterminent la satisfaction au travail. Ces constats ont été bien documentés pour les personnes ayant le brevet d’enseignement, mais ils le sont moins pour celles qui ne le détiennent pas encore, de plus en plus nombreuses dans les écoles. Cette étude par questionnaire a comparé le sentiment d’efficacité personnelle, le stress et la satisfaction au travail de personnes détenant un brevet (n=144) ou non (n=369). Les analyses par test t montrent des différences significatives entre ces groupes : les personnes ayant leur brevet ont un plus grand sentiment d’efficacité, mais rapportent vivre plus de stress et moins de satisfaction au travail. Seules certaines sous-échelles du sentiment d’efficacité et de stress prédisent la satisfaction au travail.
