Состояние когнитивных функций и качество жизни, связанное со здоровьем у студентов медицинских специальностей

Abstract
Цель исследования. Изучить текущее состояние и динамику когнитивных процессов, уровень их корреляции с субъективным и объективным состоянием здоровья, и наиболее значимыми средовыми факторами образовательного пространства у студентов медицинских направленийМатериалы и методы. Исследование проводилось в течение года с 01.12.2018 по 01.12.2019 года в Дальневосточном федеральном университете и Тихоокеанском Государственном медицинском университете. Объем выборки - 394 респондента. Частота отклика- 91,9 %. Состояние когнитивных функций определялось по Монреальской шкале оценки когнитивных функций (МОКа-тест; MoCA, Montreal Cognitive Assessment). Результаты. Суммарный показатель оценки когнитивных функций у студентов составил 26,1 балла, у студентов старших курсов он оказался несколько выше (26,8/25,5, p≥ 0,05). Было установлено, что в процессе обучения у студентов достоверно повышается уровень исполнительных функций (3,1/3,8, p ≤ 0,05), внимания, концентрации и рабочей памяти (4,2/4,8, p ≤ 0,05). \Заключение. Когнитивные функции у студентов медицинских специальностей соответствуют нормальных значениям. Суммарный индикатор когнитивной функции студентов взаимосвязан с частотой занятий физическими нагрузками, состоянием физического здоровья, качеством питания, самооценкой психического здоровья и психологического комфорта.
