Masa remaja merupakan periode transisi yang kompleks dan saat terjadinya perubahan biologis, psikologis, dan sosial dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan mental dan konsep diri (Yuliasari, 2020; Santrock, 2002). Konsep diri yang sehat dan interaksi teman sebaya yang positif sangat penting untuk mendukung kesehatan mental remaja dan mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi selama periode ini. Program edukasi bertema “Teen Core: Self Concept & Peer Interaction, Optimalisasi Konsep Diri dan Interaksi Teman Sebaya serta Pemberian Layanan Konseling” diadakan pada 25 Mei 2024 di SMA Negeri 1 Tajurhalang, dengan melibatkan 17 anggota PIK-R. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan anggota mengenai konsep diri dan interaksi teman sebaya serta memberikan layanan konseling. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pemaparan materi, pre-test dan post-test, layanan konseling, serta penyebaran informasi melalui flyer. Kegiatan ini mencakup pemaparan materi interaktif mengenai konsep diri dan interaksi teman sebaya, diakhiri dengan sesi dokumentasi dan layanan konseling kelompok. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan peserta, dengan nilai rata-rata meningkat dari 78 pada pre-test menjadi 100 pada post-test. Program ini juga menunjukkan perlunya perhatian pada aspek sikap dan keterampilan dalam implementasi konsep diri dan konseling sebaya. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan konsep diri yang sehat dan interaksi sosial yang positif bagi remaja.
