Abstract
Nombreux sont les ouvrages de littérature jeunesse permettant d’appréhender les notions de famille, de transmission des savoir-faire et des traditions. Ce faisant, un certain nombre s’appuient sur les écrits du for privé et sur les objets vecteurs de mémoire que sont les albums et les photographies de famille. L’article s’attache à deux ouvrages particuliers, Incroyable mais vrai d’Éva Janikovszky et László Réber paru en 1966 aux éditions Móra Könyvkiadó, réédité par La Joie de lire en 2011, et L’album de famille de Frédéric Kessler et Princesse Camcam, paru aux éditions Autrement en 2012. Il examine l’usage particulier que ces livres font des collections de photographies familiales, et analyse comment le dispositif photolittéraire est mis au service de l’écriture du récit familial et du tissage des liens intergénérationnels.
