Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

The new energy industry is an important component of China's economic transformation. This article systematically explores the current status and existing problems in the development of China's new energy industry, and elaborates on the paths and strategies to promote high-quality development of this industry. The research indicates that to enhance the competitiveness of the new energy industry, it is crucial to uphold a dual-driven approach of technological innovation and business model innovation. This approach aims to overcome limitations related to the reliance on imported core technology equipment and enhance indigenous innovation capabilities. Simultaneously, deepening the reform of the electricity system, establishing fair and efficient market mechanisms and environments, and creating the necessary talent and technology support systems for industry development are essential to achieve synergies and optimize the industry chain. Finally, national-level planning and policy support play a significant role in promoting the transition of old and new energy sources and maintaining long-term competitiveness in the industry.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
