Abstract
Cette étude examine l’impact des pratiques professionnelles fondées sur la bienveillance éducative (Réto, 2017, 2019) et orientées vers le bien-être scolaire sur la satisfaction professionnelle et la collaboration au sein d’un Lieu d’éducation associé (LéA). Grâce à une approche quasi expérimentale, l’analyse montre que ces pratiques, considérées comme des innovations sociales, améliorent significativement la relation au travail des enseignant·e·s. Les résultats statistiques, bien que préliminaires et basés sur un échantillon limité, mettent en évidence les effets positifs des compétences émotionnelles et de la présence attentive envers les élèves. L’étude suggère des pistes pour approfondir l’efficacité de la bienveillance éducative dans divers contextes scolaires.
